Years ago my life was completely transformed by a Health Coach. I had been struggling with migraines, headaches, bloating, digestive issues, joint pain, fatigue, blood sugar issues, and acne. I would frequently have to push through a day at work, or plans with friends trying to ignore that I didn't feel well.
I had tried eating healthy on my own in hopes that it would help, but nothing I tried had worked because I kept doing the wrong things. It wasn’t until I started working with my Health Coach and following her diet recommendations that I finally starting feeling well. I give simple food recommendations that focus on eating whole foods, reducing the amount of processed food, and decreasing the amount of sugar in your diet. My focus is not on calorie counting, carb counting, or portion control. Instead, I have you focus on eating nutrient-dense foods that will leave you feeling full and satisfied. I don’t believe in fad diets, or deprivation. I want you to feel full and happy while working with me. My goal is to educate and empower you so that you can continue eating healthy and feeling great long after we are done working together.
