Hi there! My name is Paige, I'm a certified Health Coach. I work with my clients to educate them on healthy food choices, and develop customized programs that fit their lifestyle and achieve real results. I help people with weight loss, digestive issues, food sensitivities, pre-diabetes, low energy, brain fog, joint pain, headaches, migraines, and many other issues.
My methodology is centralized around reducing inflammation in the body, balancing blood sugar, and addressing any food sensitivities. I create simple food recommendations that focus on eating whole foods, reducing the consumption of processed foods, and reducing sugar intake. I work with my clients to find a balanced 80/20 approach that works for them long term - 80% my food recommendations, 20% room to splurge.
