I am passionate about helping my clients live a healthy life so they can be the best versions of themselves.
I am a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I studied with the nation’s leading nutrition experts. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication Studies from the University of Michigan.
I became a “health nut” years ago after seeing a Health Coach who completely changed my life. I was working in the corporate world climbing the corporate ladder while struggling with not feeling well. I constantly felt tired, foggy, had joint pain, tons of headaches and migraines, digestive issues, and the list just keeps going on and on. I felt very overwhelmed as I wasn’t technically “sick,” but I didn’t feel healthy. I didn’t know what to do about it, and thought maybe – “this is just life, this is just how my body is.”
One day a friend suggested that I go see a Health Coach who had helped her. I took her advice, and it was one of the best things I ever did. My Health Coach explained how my diet was making me feel crappy, and taught me how to eat well to give my body what it needs. After years of struggling, I finally ditched the headaches and other pesky symptoms and was able to focus on living life to the fullest.
That unleashed a passion within me for health and nutrition. I started spending my spare time learning about nutrition and the innate ability our body has to heal itself if given the right nutrients. One day I had an a-ha moment that I should be a Health Coach too. So, I left my corporate job behind and now I have dedicated my life to helping women the same way my Health Coach helped me.
